Growing Up WILD: Exploring Nature with Young Children helps educators and caregivers engage children in activities that encourage outdoor exploration. This 6-hour environmental education workshop for early childhood educators. Participants will receive a 27 lesson activity guide at no cost. The workshop will be held virtually.

Fishing In the Natural State Professional Development. This is an online professional development opportunity led by James Davidson.
The Fishing In the Natural State program’s primary focus is 4th-12th grade students but can be adjusted for other ages as well. After completing the 6hr PD and returning a filled application, the educator will receive a curriculum containing 8 Units and educator’s kit to assist with teaching the lessons. The curriculum covers subjects such as Fish ID, Fish Anatomy, Aquatic Habitats, and Human Impact though Science, Math, Art, and Language Arts. Traditional and Non-Traditional Educators are all welcomed.
This workshop will be held over two days. Tuesday, April 6 and Wednesday, April 7. It will be 9:00 am to noon both days.
