Trees & Me: Activities for Exploring Nature with Young Children is PLT’s latest resource for families and teachers of ages 1-6. Trees & Me contains hundreds of ideas for fun, easy-to-do, hands-on experiences to connect young children to nature, with a focus on trees and forests. Through both outdoor and indoor activities, children explore nature through their senses, experience trees throughout all four seasons, and connect with their community. If you would like more information on the curriculum, please feel free to check out the Project Learning Tree website.

This training will be held on September 19th from 9AM to 4PM at the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Little Rock State Office located at 2301 South University Ave. in Little Rock. This program will cost $25 per person.  The cost of this training will include the activity guide, materials to facilitate an activity, and facility fees.  Lunch will be on your own.  Signup is limited to 25 people.
