Raven Harris is the Assistant Chief of Education for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC), where she oversees division operations, supports the professional development of education staff, and builds partnerships with conservation organizations at state and national levels. In this role, she leads a professional and technical team, collaborates on strategic planning, and innovates conservation education programming to enhance its impact across Arkansas.
Raven holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio/Television-Video/Audio Production from Arkansas State University and an M.Ed. in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University. Her career spans several leadership roles, including her time as Associate Dean of Operations and Chief of Staff at Reach University, where she optimized academic operations, developed faculty resources, and ensured the effective delivery of institutional processes.
In addition to her current role, Raven has extensive experience in public school programs, curriculum development, media production, and public relations. She has a strong track record of building and sustaining partnerships and has a deep commitment to environmental education, outreach, and public engagement. Her diverse background equips her with a unique perspective to support education, conservation, and community-based initiatives aimed at preserving Arkansas’s natural resources.
