Donate a Vehicle

CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services)

AEEA has partnered with CARS to help run our vehicle donation program. From coast to coast, we are able to accept donated cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, boats, motorcycles and even airplanes to help fund our mission.

Here’s How It Works:
  1. Call 855.500.7433 or submit the secure online form at https://careasy.org/nonprofit/arkansas-environmental-education-association
  2. Schedule Your Free Pick-up: Within 48 hours, a CARS representative will contact you to complete the donation. The vehicle will be picked up at no cost to you.
  3. Receive a Donation Receipt: CARS will sell the vehicle and provide a tax receipt to you. According to the IRS Guidelines, you may claim fair market value for your donation up to the actual sale value. If your vehicle is sold for more than $500, the maximum amount of your deduction will be the sales price of the vehicle.

Support While You Shop

If you are a regular Kroger shopping, AEEA can receive money each time you shop, at no extra charge to you.
If you DO NOT have a Kroger online account
  1. Obtain a Kroger rewards card at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
  2. Sign up for an online Kroger account at www.kroger.com.
  3. Click REGISTER in the top right corner.
  4. On the ‘Create an Account’ page, fill out the required information and click ‘create account’. This should take you to your Account Summary page.
  5. Scroll down to ‘Community Rewards’ and click on ENROLL NOW.
  6. Once the page loads a search box should appear; in the search box, type Arkansas Environmental Education Association or KX841.
  7. Click on the circle next to AEEA’s name. Click ENROLL to complete enrollment.
If you DO have a Kroger Online Account
  1. If you already have an online Kroger account, go to www.kroger.com to log into your Kroger account.
  2. Sign in and click ‘view your rewards details’.
  3. This will put you on your ‘Account Summary’ page.
  4. Scroll down to ‘Community Rewards’ and click on ENROLL NOW.
  5. Once the page loads a search box should appear; in the search box, type Arkansas Environmental Education Association or KX841.
  6. Click on the circle next to AEEA’s name. Click ENROLL to complete enrollment.
