Project Learning Tree and Project WILD are environmental education programs for anyone who teaches K-12. They help develop students’ knowledge of the environment and encourage them to care for natural resources.
Participants will receive “Explore Your Environment: K-8 Activity Guide,” which includes 50 activities correlated to NGSS, ELA and common core mathematics, and the C3 social studies framework. Participants will also receive two Project WILD curriculum guides with over 150 lessons and a National Wild Turkey Federation education box filled with materials to teach lessons on wild turkey.
This workshop qualifies for 6 hours of ADE-approved professional development.
$10.00 materials fee which can be paid at the workshop (payable the day of the event via cash, check or debit card).
